At times DIBS-payments fail on iOS (iPhone and iPad). The error message typically looks like the one below. Usually this means that the guest has opened the payment link in a third party application. DIBS is not allowed to allow payments unless it is made in a browser e.g. Chrome or Safari. If the guest encounters this problem, tell the guest to close all open applications before opening the payment link.
